For all live workshops we have a 14-day refund window leading up to the workshop. We do not issue refunds after the live workshop is complete.

This option is for any individuals who are purchasing a product for their own, single use.
This option is for any bookkeepers or CFO's who want to use a product with multiple clients. You can then re-brand it and customize it as if it's your own. You can choose the 5 license option or the 10+ license option, depending on how many clients you'll be using the product with.
What type of support is offered when I purchase this product?
Emily hosts a monthly Q&A call and anyone who has purchased one or more products from her is welcome to join each month. There's a form to submit your question ahead of time so Emily will definitely get to your question. We record all Q&A calls and use a tool called Searchie so you can quickly search for key words within all of our Q&A recordings. You're also welcome to email us with small questions at email@example.com.
What format are the instructions in?
For all products we include written instructions in a PDF, as well as video tutorials with the option of closed captions. We try to make the information as accessible as possible, but if you have any additional requests, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How is this product delivered?
I use Thinkific to deliver the product, tutorials, and bonuses. After you complete the payment, you will be brought to my Thinkific school where you'll be asked to set up a login and then you can immediately access the product.
Can I use this product if I'm not from the U.S.?
Yes, this product will still be useful if you live in another country. However, any tax related topics will obviously be different, so keep that in mind when you're doing your bookkeeping, strategizing for tax savings, etc. If this product includes video tutorials in QBO, please keep in mind that the layout of your version of QBO may be different than mine, but the general features should be the same.
